Conveniently located near Canyon Lake Park with easy access to the Black Hills & downtown Rapid City. Very safe neighborhood. 3 Bedroom (1 Queen & 2 Cal Kings) & 2 Full Bath (1 spa tub). Newly remodeled kitchen and great outdoor area. Large basement living room with room for an air mattress. Accommodates 6 with beds there are 2 couches and with an air mattress 8 can stay comfortably. Garage available on request otherwise will be locked (2 car garage), two cars can fit on driveway and there is free street parking. All TVs have Roku, FireTV, or are smart so you can log into your streaming accounts.
