This was a very nice stay, was saddened that the wrong part to the hot tub didn't arrive so that we could use the hot tub, but the staff we so friendly, and the breakfast was pretty good. The was was clean and the beds and pillows were real soft.

Internet was down No soap in room No cups in room Toilet paper roll is very low and not easily accessible, but I didn’t need it, except when the Kleenex ran out I pulled gently on the roll, and the entire holder came out of the wall.
