Staff was pleasant. Room was clean and nice. The lighting was a little dim but it was fine. We stayed in a king suite which was a cool set up but it was very expensive for what it was. Wouldn’t choose that option again.

Luxury in Rapid City

The cleanliness of the entire building was impeccable. I loved the aesthetic and interior design. Rooms were so clean. Atmosphere was overall very pleasant.

Was given a dirty room and it was never made right

When we checked into our room, we found a razor in the shower, hair all over the bathroom floor, no toilet paper, open soap on the bathroom counter, a poop smear in the toilet, and a few personal items in the main part of the room. We were in a hurry for an event so we took the personal item to the front desk and told them about the condition of the room, we asked that housekeeping just come clean the bathroom while we were out. We got back very late (around 10:45pm) and housekeeping had no come. We were exhausted so we just went to bed. At 8am the next morning housekeeping was knocking on our door trying to get in, like we suddenly needed our bathroom cleaned right before we’d be checking out anyway. We were all still sleeping when they tried to get in. We got up and checked out, the front desk only offered their apology and some extra Hyatt rewards points as if we’d ever be back. Would have liked to have a total compensation for the room.
