It was ridiculous! I searched the room and even went downstairs to see if I could find a thermostat and could not."

"Room was clean and all in all, we had a good stay. We had an issue with the toilet not working though. The handle was broken as well as the inside part to flush. We managed though as we were only there one night and we let them know the next morning when we checked out. Online it says there is a hot tub, but there actually isn't one anymore. "
