This is my parents go to place to visit us every time. It’s very clean and the beds are great. Location is nice and very easy to get to Costco and the 24 fitness. Breakfast is good as well.

We stay here often. Regarding cleanliness and conditions, there are obvious dog pee stains on the carpet. I would prefer they strictly keep dog rooms separate from people who don’t want to stay in a pet friendly room

The lady at the front desk was beyond rude. She completely ignored me when I arrived and I had to ask if this was in fact the check in desk because she didn’t acknowledge my existence. She took 3 phone calls while helping me, one of which appeared to be personal. She then charged me a $50 fee without explaining what it was, just told me to go ahead and pay- I had to ask “For what?” (supposedly a refundable “incidentals” fee), then after that charged me another $75 non-refundable pet fee which I was not made aware of when I booked the room. All of this made the experience AWFUL. I pre-paid for this room when I booked it, there should not have been additional charges at check-in that nearly DOUBLED the price I agreed to pay when I booked. I thought this sort of practice had been outlawed, all of these unexpected extra charges. I had no choice but to pay all of these extras because my original payment I made when I booked it was not refundable.
