Our farmhouse is located just above the mountain village of Ramsau, where the sun shines into your room early in the morning. Surrounded by meadows and mountains, you’ll be able to enjoy a unique mountain panorama from your balcony. You can set out on beautiful hikes right from the house. Our rooms are non-smoking; however, we do, of course, allow our guests to smoke on the balconies. 
Our vacation apartment is located on the 2nd floor of our house and offers an unobstructed view from the south-facing balcony of our mountains—the Watzmann, Hochkalter, and Reiteralpe—a panorama you won’t soon forget. The apartment is furnished in a rustic style and features two bedrooms, a kitchen-living room, a shower, and a separate restroom.
Make yourself comfortable in your apartment, which features a refrigerator. There's a private balcony. The bathroom has a shower and a hair dryer.
