When we arrived, we were told one of the rooms we booked was not available and they have no backups available for us because they well oversold. I had a reservation for 2 rooms, both with 2 queens to accommodate 7 guests but they had nothing else available except for a single queen- accessibility room and they might be able to add a cot but it would be against fire code. We opted for the full refund. I don’t think I will be booking through Expedia or Hyatt again anytime soon

Our room (201) was comfortable, clean and had nice natural lighting. The spacious bathroom and products were much appreciated. The hotel lobby could use a refresh as it didn’t match the light and brightness of the room. The garage could use a serious power wash and a repaint but it was explained to us that the garage was a separate operator from the hotel. The hotel’s central location can’t be beat.

Awesome location. Very cool atmosphere. We were there for an art event and it was loud in the area. If you are looking for a quiet stay - this is not it. But if you are looking for a fun, upbeat atmosphere - book it now!!

This hotel is a well done retro reno place. It is a former old-fashioned motel with rooms surrounding the outdoor pool. There are lots of great eateries and it is a very convenient walk to DPAC. The property has lots of amenities, including yoga, room service and a poolside bar. The only downside to this is that there was a dj at the pool during the afternoon, and it was so loud that, even with our door closed and pillows over our heads, we couldn't block out the sound. However, it did make for a very communal atmosphere.
