OH MY! Where do I begin? The front desk associate was very welcoming. She attended to my check-in in a professional yet friendly manner. She even offered my goddaughter a gift from under the Christmas tree. Where in the world does a hotel display this kindness? She even allowed her to choose a gift for her sister, who got sick and couldn't make the trip. Upon entering the room, I was immediately impressed that there were no curtains to contain dust mites, but rather a screen operated by a push-button. My goddaughter was thrilled to close them, as it was dark when we arrived. The room was immaculate! The beds were very comfortable when we finally retired for the night. There was absolutely no dust anywhere to be found! The solidifying amazement was the bathroom. It was spacious and sparklingclean. In fact, the bathtub had a brilliant glow that seemed to sing out 🎵 Ahhhhhh! 🎵 A full breakfast bar was on display, and we ate well! 😋 The young lady who kept the bar full was very sweet. She performed her duties quietly and diligently. It gave me great pleasure to thank her for her service. We thoroughly enjoyed the view outside while eating. A peaceful way to start the day. Finally, the associate who closed out our stay was quite helpful! I believe I would say the staff from beginning to end reflected on this establishment with grace. I have stayed at hotels around the world, and this was the most satisfying. Thank you, Holiday Inn Express, for being one of the best!
