The room has multiple outlets that did not charge our cell phones. There were lights but no lampshades on them. I did not see a business center to print my boarding pass. The room was never cleaned when we left for the day. The elements that frequent this facility seem to be homeless or less than desirable. Honestly, I would not return to this facility, and I really feel like I deserve a refund because I did not feel safe at all in this hotel.

I should have read the reviews but I didn't. The hotel was very run down and smelled of smoke and urine. Carpet and wall damage. Elevators didn't work. The place was truly disgusting.
