I lived in the south for 25 years and I’ve been up in Ohio and Michigan for the six years. I stated this hotel and it’s been pretty consistent with good people amenities. But I want to say the choice hotels and Comfort Inn need to open the pool earlier than Memorial Day. The reason is as of April 1 it starts getting hot in North Carolina. I lived there for 25 years and it’s always questionable between the months of March and April. I understand not opening the pool up north any earlier with your hotels. But in North Carolina and South Carolina I would ask that you would consider opening a pool April 1. Even if you don’t think it’s that warm even at 70° kids want to swim. It’s a hell of a lot warmer than the ocean in Wilmington, which I came back from to stay at this hotel. I understand that’s the official summertime. But please consider opening the polls or earlier in the south.

The manager was terrible I had to argue to get a refund when my terms stated I was entitled to one after the 24 if I wanted to cancel no show or charge it would be a one night charge he refused to homer the policy he was no even on sight it took over 1 hour finally he honored it while going through my problems I witnessed a guest ask for a room change do to noise he refused and upon her threatening to call corporate he told her to leave and find another hotel hotels like this should not be on your app spoke with expida and was told that it would be sent up to review to get one key cash for my troubles besides my refund and heated nothing

Only have 2 suggestions: 1) Make the room darkening curtains spread across the entire window opening. Impossible to have a dark room currently. 2) Make the night light on the hair dryer have the ability to turn off. Between the nightlight and light coming in the window, it was difficult to sleep with all that light in the room. Otherwise, you would have gotten 5 Stars for all categories.
You can see the light coming in the window, and the outer curtains could not be closed any further. That light is on the building across the way.
