The front desk Clerk Laurie was very professional and courteous She was checking customers in by herself and it was very busy. She was so patient and answered all of our questions & concerns. She was extremely nice and accommodating. She went above and beyond. Just when I thought I could no longer find good customer service, Laurie changed my mind.

Great stay overall.

Everything was wonderful until thr toilet almost overflowed. The day person placed the plunger outside her door. We picked it up after breakfast. She ran out of potatoes and took a long time to put more out. Lori checked us in and she was very friendly and talkative. I loved it. A little short on popcorn, not enough for two bags. The lemon water was delicious. Overall. I love a king sized bed. They're not available in the neighboring hotels. Lori gave me my rewards points. I did appreciate that.

Disgusting. Stay away.

Disgusting. My bags are ruined because of the smell. It smells like the rug of a house that has been smoked in for 20 years. The staff was nice. I stayed in two different rooms and they both were like that. Stay away. I smelled weed and cigarettes being smoked on both floors I stayed on.

Peaceful night.

This was a quiet night before returning home from a concert. The lady at the desk was very nice. The lemon water was great. The popcorn was fresh. It was late but she was very pleasant. The room was good, clean and quiet. We rested very well. The area had e everything needed Will definitely stay there again

There is a big problem with this hotel. There are two Comfort hotels in the area. The name of each hotel is so similar that we ended up with reservations a 25 minute drive from the place we were visiting rather than the expected 8 minutes. I was very upset when I arrived at a hotel thinking I had a room only to be told I was at the wrong location.
