This house is the perfect rental for a family! There are tons of parks, trails, and free family activities within minutes of our home. Fenced in backyard with swings great for kids or pets. 15 minutes from RDU, 20 minutes to downtown, 7 minutes to North Hills/Crabtree Malls, lots of shopping and restaurants nearby without the hassle of noise and parking downtown.

We are local to the area and are available to answer questions as needed but will leave you to enjoy your privacy.

The house is located in a very typical North Raleigh family neighborhood. Lots of trees! We’re close to anything you’d expect to be near in a family neighborhood including parks, restaurants, and shopping.

Raleigh does not have a great public transportation system. We recommend having a car to get around.
- NO PETS ON THE FURNITURE! Beds and couches included.
- No fires in the fireplace.
- We have two video cameras on the outside of our house. We have a ring video doorbell, a ring camera on the back of the house overlooking the backdoor and yard. All of the cameras record any and all motion they detect, and we reserve the right to use these recordings to verify if house rules are being broken, or any other reason we see fit to protect our house and property. We do not sell or publish any videos, we use them strictly for Airbnb purposes.
- Be mindful of our neighbors. We request you not have any loud parties/outdoor noises after 10pm.
- Absolutely NO SMOKING - even outside the house.
