This elegant holiday home in a residential area of Marina di Ragusa is 400 metres from the sea and offers a large private pool.



The bright accommodation offers a small furnished balcony with sea views. The property welcomes you with a manicured lawn with flowers and native trees; even the lighting exudes attention to detail and wrought iron spotlights create a warm and inviting atmosphere in the evening. The small town has received special tourist attention due to its tranquillity, cleanliness and quality of life, the wide beaches of fine sand and the crystal-clear sea. The square and the characteristic alleyways are home to many restaurants, pizzerias and ice cream parlours. The beautiful tourist harbour dates back to 2013 and has contributed to the town's tourist importance. The new airport of Comiso is only 15 kilometres away.
