Villa Lumia is a newly built 10-bedroom estate located in a very scenic spot a few kilometers from Marina di Ragusa. Surrounded by dry-stone walls, olive trees, and carob trees, it offers spectacular views of a magnificent stretch of Sicily’s southeastern coastline.

Its distinctive entrance colonnade leads to the large swimming pool (18 x 5.5 meters, 1.40 meters deep), where the azure water invites you to relax while admiring the plains and the sea in the distance, in the cool shade of centuries-old olive trees. Surrounding the pool, with a fantastic wet-to-dry transition area, the spacious sun deck is furnished with lounge chairs and umbrellas, while several well-maintained green areas offer children places to play or provide yoga and meditation enthusiasts with a spot to relax completely.

Overlooking the pool and garden, a large covered veranda measuring 100 square meters has been designed to function as either an indoor or outdoor space, depending on whether the large sliding glass doors are open or closed. Bright and inviting, the veranda features three large dining tables and a relaxation area with sofas and armchairs. From the back of the veranda, there is direct access to the living room, furnished with two comfortable light-colored sofas, a large fireplace, and an extendable dining table. The fully equipped kitchen is also accessible from the large veranda.

The villa spans two floors, with 6 bedrooms on the first floor and 4 bedrooms on the first floor, all featuring private bathrooms, mini-refrigerators, and safes. It comfortably accommodates up to 20 guests. Of the 10 bedrooms, 2 are double rooms (one per floor), one is a suite, and 7 are spacious double rooms. The high white wooden ceilings give the first floor an airy and bright atmosphere. An eleventh bathroom on the first floor serves the living area.

The villa’s understated elegance is evident in every room, with neutral colors enhanced by rugs and fabrics. At the entrance, there is a charging station for electric cars and a barbecue.
