The property was perfect - the only hiccup was that the listing says that check-in is in local time and it wasn't. Radium is mountain standard time, and our check-in time was not. For example, our check-in time was 4pm local time, but we were unable to check-in until 5pm local time - there must be some confusion regarding time zones.

Our family of 5 (2A/3Y) enjoyed the location, decor and layout of this home. Beds were comfy and the sheets were soft. Some odd/uncomfortable things found upon check in. We reached out to the property owner, who didn’t respond very quickly and then played down our concerns. Also noticed the property wasn’t very clean (main floor only)… last persons garbage was still in multiple garbage cans, stove/microwave had food stuff on the exterior of both, dishwasher still had dishes in it from the previous renter.

Nice place

Great place for 4 guys on a radium golf trip. Home is exactly as described. Disappointed there was no propane for bbq and the owner never acknowledged my request for a fresh tank. Otherwise a perfect stay.
