This is an outstanding motel. The best we have stayed in. Julia and her staff go the extra mile. Unlike many motels, there is nothing faded or needing repair here. And it's got everything you need for a pleasant, comfortable stay. Plus mountain views. Definitely highly recommended.

Staff were very friendly and helpful, room was clean and tidy. Would have been nice to know before booking how small the room was, found out after booking but luckily we were only there one night so it was ok. Offered us towels if we went to the hot springs, it is a code used for the door which was great, didn’t have to worry about a card or key. Checking in was easy and the staff made sure all was good, accompanied us right to the room to verify we were happy with it. Definitely would stay there again.

Julie the manager (and her husband) were exceptional. Julie is outgoing and warm. She was always asking if there was anything else we needed or she could help us with. We had an issue with our car. She organised an extra night for us so the car could get fixed while we waited in Radium. Julie and her husband drove us to the garage that had fixed the car. The Garage was 16 km from the Celadon, Julie truly above and beyond - thank you so much .
