This one-bedroom, one-bath first-floor home is ideal for business travelers, remote professionals, and weekend guests seeking comfort, convenience, and a touch of home. Whether you’re here for a short stay or a temporary work relocation, this space blends modern amenities with a relaxing atmosphere.

Inside, enjoy a spacious layout designed for both relaxation and productivity. The bedroom features a comfortable queen bed, calming décor, and a dedicated workspace—perfect for remote work or catching up on emails. After a busy day, unwind in the cozy living area or step outside to enjoy the fresh lake breeze.

Located in a quiet neighborhood just minutes from parks, restaurants, and shops, you’ll have easy access to Racine’s lakefront attractions and the city’s vibrant downtown scene while enjoying the serenity of lakeside living.

House Rules & Policies
To ensure a safe and comfortable stay for all guests, please review the following:

No Pets:
Due to severe allergies, no animals of any kind (including service animals) are permitted on the property. Guests who disregard this rule will be required to vacate immediately without refund.

No Smoking or Vaping:
Smoking, vaping, or using tobacco products is strictly prohibited inside or anywhere on the property. Violations will result in immediate removal without refund.

Electric Vehicles (EV):
The property is not equipped with EV charging facilities.

Short-term stays (14 days or less): $20 per stay
Long-term stays (14 days or more): $45 per stay

These policies are in place to maintain a healthy and allergy-safe environment for everyone.

Guest Access
Guests enjoy exclusive use of the entire first floor, offering privacy and plenty of room to unwind.

Bedroom: Comfortable queen bed, dedicated work desk, and serene décor perfect for rest or productivity.

Laundry: Washer and dryer available in the basement for guest use.

Outdoor Patio (Seasonal): Available during the summer months, ideal for relaxing with your morning coffee or enjoying the evening sunset near the lake. During the winter months, a bench and table remain available if you’d like to sit outside and enjoy the fresh air on warmer days.

For short-term stays, I’m available as needed—just a quick message or call away if you need anything.

For long-term guests, I take a more hands-on approach to ensure everything remains in excellent condition. Optional bi-weekly cleaning services are available for an additional fee, and I personally oversee each cleaning to maintain high standards.

My goal is to make your stay as comfortable, stress-free, and enjoyable as possible.
