Upon arrival were greeted well and quickly were assigned to a room, however the room was inadequate, bathroom bath valves was missing and can only output hot water. The air-conditioning unit chirped like a cricket, so I asked to change rooms which the staff was highly responsive. The rest of the duration was trouble free and breakfast buffet was adequate. A pleasant stay
