A studio located inside my property. Totally independent and safe. With an incomparable view of the valley of Tumbaco. And a quiet environment. 20 minutes from Quito. Just 10 minutes from banks and shopping centers.

A small space with all the comfort. Quiet, enjoying nature and very close to Quito, shopping areas and the airport.
Guest access
Guests have access to a parking lot. They can walk through the garden which is on the same level as the guest house.

To get to the suite, you will have to go down some stairs.
