Loved the beautiful room with kitchen. The bed was so comfortable and the food fantastic. Awesome gym, with paddle courts, tennis and pickle ball. Fantastic to watch the Polo too. Loved the 3 Swimming pools.

Beautiful place for a family stay. The room is a lovely villa overlooking a small artificial lake, and breakfast was served directly to the room in its own cozy dining area. The recreational areas are excellent, including a charming horse area that adds a special touch to the experience.

Room is not sound proof so you can hear your neighbours like they are in the room with you, and there was a wedding on so the music and speeches sounded like they were in your room until 1:30am. Every room and suite at La Palma was absolutely stunning. It was true luxury. The restaurant on-site was fantastic. We also really appreciated that they offered shuttles to and from the airport. No complaints, next time we are in Quito we will definitely stay here again.
