A beautiful hotel in the perfect location! We were constantly impressed with the staff- everyone we encountered was helpful, kind, and made the stay a 10/10. The food in the restaurant was delicious, our room was spacious, and we couldn’t get enough of the views. The housekeeping staff was especially wonderful! Perfect location right on independence Plaza. Hotel location directly on the central plaza is amazing. All Old Town Quito attractions are within easy walking distance. The hotel itself is stunning, beautiful historic decor. Room was beautiful. The best part of our stay however was the staff, so warm and welcoming. They paid attention to every detail and provided great service. Breakfast was delicious, wish we could have stayed longer

Hotel is in the historic centre next to presidential palace. Staff - the best I have encountered in Ecuador. Friendly, helpful and kind to my little boy. Food was traditional and delicious. Everything about this hotel is to be recommended. The staff is exceptional in all respects. The restaurant is superb. The location is in the heart of the old, historic park of the city, so walking around is fun and safe. If we were to return, we would hope to stay here again
