Though we had a little bit of a rough checkin as some of the staff was away on that night, the overall stay was very pleasant. The hotel staff more than made it up during our stay. Breakfast was very nice and room service was also impeccable and cleanliness was to notch. This is a very sweet place, nicely decorated (felt European), with a very kind staff and super clean. It’s also very quiet… I usually sleep with earplugs, even at home, but didn’t need them here! Breakfast was great, fresh fruit, yogurt, cheese, toast, and eggs cooked fresh to order. The only kind of strange thing is that you have to ring a bell to get into the hotel. While it felt very safe, I prefer a bit freer access. The neighborhood isn’t the best, but not the worst… Juan Valdez coffee just around the corner and walkable to more interesting spots. Thanks for the lovely stay!

This is such a cozy hotel. We loved our room and all the special touches it had. The breakfast was great, the Manager gave us great ideas for where to go for dinner, and made us some great drinks. I only wish I got to spend more time there. I would highly recommend this hotel to anyone visiting Quito!
