In the room a light bulb was out, the shower head was cracked and clogged so water went everywhere, and the shower drain was clogged. Beside that it was impresive. Their service (staff) is impecable, extremely good. The rooms are beautiful, beds very comfortable, good towels, and so on. We'll stay there again.

The room was lovely and comfortable for a very reasonable price. I would definitely stay there again. However, there are some caveats. Expedia advertises that this hotel includes a free airport shuttle. That is not true. Also, it is not at all clear how to communicate with the hotel. They prefer WhatsApp and the staff only speaks Spanish (maybe Chinese also, not sure).

The Staff was great. Wifi good. Clean room. Hot water in shower. Only Cold water is available in the Lav sink. great distance to the airport. we were coming from outside of the Quito area, thus the reason to stay here. For that it is perfect.

I have stayed here 3 times now and their service is always excellent. They are super helpful. At midnight, I don't like taking taxis to the center of Quito so we always spend the 1st night there. The hostal has a unique cute style. It is conveniently located by the airport. The rooms always clean. We will continue staying there, and referring people. Oh, and they always bring breakfast to your room (always delicious and fulfilling) at no extra charge.

Front desk staff very friendly even arriving arriving after midnight, show me where to park and then walked with me to my room. The room is very spacious and clean. The bed is very comfortable and then the next morning they will hand deliver you breakfast. It has been one of my best experiences in Ecuador and not a big hotel chain. AAA+
