Modern, new hotel, eco friendly, great food (even organic options), comfortable beds, great location close to everything, super friendly staff, they all went above and beyond to make us feel at home. What a gorgeous and well designed hotel. We absolutely loved our stay. The only 4 star given was due to the dining experience. The restaurant and rooftop restaurant are gorgeous. The food was fabulous, but the staff on all 4 occasions that we dined there left us sitting for long lengths of time without clearing dishes, not filling our coffee, no suggestion of additional beverage or dessert and then waiting for our bill up to 30 minutes with no communication what so ever. Hopefully with some positive training, this will be resolved as everything else was beyond our expectations.

We paid extra to stay on the 16th floor so we could have access to the executive lounge and the amenities it offers. However, upon arrival we did that the lounge is now being used for business meetings and private dinners. If we had known this we would not have paid extra.
