We had an absolutely wonderful stay.The property is beautiful, peaceful, and full of charm, with stunning grounds that truly make you feel relaxed the moment you arrive. Our room was very clean, comfortable, and well maintained. The staff was incredibly kind, attentive, and welcoming, which made our experience even better. We have stayed there many times and I like it. This time, however, the man working the front desk ENTERED OUR ROOM at 2am. No knock, just entered. Why? Not sure. My family and I were sleeping. Who does this? I would not have published a review about the property except that the hotel sent me a message asking me to do so. In the future - instead of sending nondescript form messages - don't have your staff wake up my family at 2am
