Hotel staff were friendly and the rooms were clean and seemed hygenic. The hotel is within an easy walk to many of the sites of old town Queretaro. Dining options were abundant. Off street, covered parking with quite a few stalls was available and easy to maneuver in.

Está bien ubicado, caminando al centro. El entorno es seguro para salir a todos lados. La recepción fue rápida y eficaz. Lo mejor fue la limpieza, felicidades a la señora que nos ayudaba con la habitación. El cuarto es sencillo y sin lujos. Las amenidades son limitadas. La decoración del cuarto y los muebles son anticuados.

The room is very nice- clean and comfortable. Convenient to the main square and across from a park. Suggestion- the VIP access is equivalent to $5.00. I would suggest a free breakfast instead.
