📜 House Rules

Signed rental agreement (names/ages included) + photo ID required within 24 hours. Primary renter must be 25+. No unregistered guests.

$500 Security Deposit Hold + $37 admin fee. Quiet hours: 8 PM–6 AM.

Guests must lock doors & windows when leaving the villa.

Costa Rica may experience temporary power outages during storms—flashlights provided. No refunds for acts of nature.

Bedrooms have AC only—doors must remain closed; AC should not run in unoccupied rooms.

Third-party travel insurance required for cancellations outside our policy.

No pets, smoking, loud music, commercial photography, parties, or events.

Guest verification through Truvi is required prior to arrival.

🐾 Important Wildlife & Nature Notice

Being immersed in nature means you may encounter insects (ants, mosquitoes, spiders) and native wildlife (lizards, snakes, etc.). These are normal for Costa Rica’s tropical environment.
