The welcome was good . The room was a little older but very clean and comfortable with air conditioning good. The staff were excellent helpful and accommodating for us by setting up breakfast earlier than normal for us. It was an excellent experience. Thanks to Daniel and Daniela.

Room and amenities were disappointing. Not many things inside the room other than bed, not even a cup for water. When asked for a cup of hot water, they said if we bring our own cup and they will help heat up the water with microwave. Breakfast combo choice was reasonable. The staff was friendly. However the room was extremely expensive for the amenities provided.

The staff (Daniella in particular) was so very accommodating; they helped us greatly with scheduling tours; arranging transportation; suggestions for dining. The hotel itself was very uniquely designed compared to hotels in the US. Monkeys joining us for breakfast was an unanticipated treat.

Daniel and Daniella went above and beyond making us feel not only comfortable but truly welcome. The breakfast is delicious, the pool was refreshing and there are multiple stores and restaurants in walking distance.

Really disappointing stay and hotel. Very overpriced, and unsafe. Caulk was chipping off the walls, dead/smeared bug on the sheets, live wires exposed. They rationed their towels and their toilet paper. Really outdated, and really overpriced. Very disappointing stay.
