We had a lovely stay at Pinewood and would happily stay here again. The location is excellent—just a short walk to Queenstown town centre, making it very convenient while still being in a peaceful setting. The only reason I'm giving 4 stars instead of 5 is that the accommodation is a little dated in some areas, and soundproofing could be improved. That said, these were only minor issues and didn't take away from our overall experience. Overall, Pinewood offers great value for money, friendly service, and a fantastic location. We'd definitely recommend it to anyone looking for comfortable accommodation in Queenstown.

Staff were extremely helpful and friendly. The location is close enough to the town centre and an easy walk. There are many different accommodation buildings spread over a large property, giving a spacious holiday park feel. Facilities are old but everything worked, including the heater.

My sister and I shared Spike 1 and 2, which was perfect for being in Queenstown for 4 nights. It's a really nice unit, and it had everything we needed, and it was easy enough to keep the place warm (which is not a given in NZ in July). It was close enough to downtown that we just walked there. We really loved our time there. The only downside is that the WiFi kept dropping, and there was a morning where it just wasn't working, so this might not be the best option for someone who needs a reliable internet connection.
