The Space:

The entire apartment is spread over two levels, featuring a private entrance and living space on the top level, and bedrooms on the lower level. Covered onsite parking is conveniently available beneath the apartment, along with a storage cupboard for bikes and skis.



Our double-glazed apartment boasts a well-equipped kitchen, and a washer and dryer for your convenience. Each bedroom features its own ensuite.



Entertainment is covered with the Bluetooth speaker system and Smart TV, allowing access to Netflix and Neon - just bring your account details. Sky TV with Sky Sports is also provided.



Each bedroom offers a king bed, convertible into two singles. Please inform us of your bed setup preference when booking; we'll do our best to accommodate last-minute changes, though surcharges may apply. Travel cot and high chair available for infants on request.



The rate includes the entire apartment, linen and unlimited wireless fibre internet. Enjoy complimentary tea and coffee, with a coffee machine, grinder, and beans provided from local coffee roaster Black Lab Coffee. Perched on the edge of Lake Wakatipu on Frankton Road, the apartment enjoys an easy lakeside setting between the CBD and Frankton. A flat lakeside walking track leads into central Queenstown, so you can leave the car behind if you prefer.

The View!!

Lovely accommodations and great location. We thoroughly enjoyed the spectacular view of the mountains and the convenient access to the walking path that leads to the heart of Queenstown. This is a very clean, modern apartment with breathtaking views. We appreciated the well equipped kitchen with good quality appliances, and we were very comfortable. There is a lovely walk to the centre of Queenstown that takes about 30 mins (faster if you go along the road). We felt we had the best of both worlds - quiet and scenic but also close to the Queenstown attractions. We would definitely book again.

Beautiful house with everything you need. Not really suitable if you have mobility issues, parents were unable to walk down to lakeside or even up to main road, really steep, wasn’t too keen on the drive in and out due to steepness and having to access main busy road. Amazing view! Lovely home, everything you need. Perfect for a family of up to four. Great set up, all the little things you need. Laundry and washing powder, dryer, hair dryer, coffee grinder and machine, games, smart TV and wine glasses. You can make a family dinner and relax upstairs after the kids are in bed. Amazing view, sit back on the couch and enjoy the lake and mountains. Would definitely go back! Perfect location, half way between Queenstown and Frankton. Too far to walk with little ones but a short drive to Queenstown and get familiar with the parking lot up top on Hay Street and it’s a quick walk but steep return for cheap central parking.

The property was in a good position, (good views), clean and comfortable, with all necessary amenities. However, for older people (70), upstairs/downstairs was inconvenient. (Bedroom down stairs). Bathrooms were barely adequate and having the car parked in below with more steps was again inconvenient. The rubbish bins were a long walk down and then back up. These issues wouldn’t apply to younger more agile people. The Balcony seemed smaller than the web page depicted. Although that could just be parallax error!! Very enjoyable stay.

Family ski trip - ski, get warm and watch the view

The apartment was very warm and comfortable, we loved the heated floors and towel rails in the bathroom. Beds were comfy, the kitchen well stocked and the view was amazing. We loved relaxing after skiing in the huge sofa. It was really easy for on arrival, and the coffee machine with fresh coffee beans was a real treat.

Wow! What an amazing view

Overall a very good property with breathtaking views of the lake. Well located between town and the airport. We stayed over New Year and had three sleepless nights as the parties raged in the adjoining properties (the unit is privately owned but in the middle of a Breakfree Resort). We had an issue with a shower not draining, which the property manager fixed and there were a couple of appliances that didn't work so hence four stars rather than five. Great communication from the property owner pre- stay... thank you.
