Great location, just read the fine print

Tried to cancel or reschedule about two weeks before our booking, but we were refused both. Was most disappointed that there was no ability to reschedule or for a partial refund. Based on my less than pleasant experience with the contact at Pacific Jemm & Expedia, even though I did not stay at the property, I paid for it, so I'm entitled to review it and I felt the correspondence was quite unpleasant. Also, take note of the check in times (14:30-16:30) and check out time (09:30) as they are quite limited.

Super yacht experience in the heart of town!

Surprisingly quiet considering you are right in town. Great way to experience being on a super yacht! Plenty of room with everything you need including fresh flowers. Sophia was very helpful and greeted us in a very friendly and informative way.
