Well located and clean. We had a ground floor room (14) which was poor as everyone can look in. No privacy and with curtains drawn, you need the lights on! Kitchen is okay and staff friendly. Easy walk into town. Car parking is poor and cramped. Okay for a short stay (1/2 nights not good for more than that unless you’ve got a first floor room) The price was reasonably priced.

Couldnt check in at 2pm, the spa didnt work, the bathroom was still dirty, no dusting was done, and the floor in the bathroom had water on it causing me to almost fall over. I asked the staff member for a iron as there was an ironing board but no Iron amd they provided a dirty one which damaged my clothes! I also complained about all of this amd they said someone would be in contact and still no contact!

Washer and dryer is at common area, $4 for washer, $4 for dryer and another $1 for detergent which you can only purchase when reception is open. Only have one of each machine, so I would imagine the stress of usage during peak time Unit is not very clean with carpet needing a deep cleaning Room service was missed out but we manage to get fresh towels. However one of the towels tho washed, happen to look stained from previous guest

Convenient location and rooms are well cleaned daily for our 3 day stay. Carpark is limited and may be difficult during full occupancy, Rooms are pleasant and have everything we will need. Late check in can be arranged.

Lovely friendly welcome on arrival. Gave us a tour of the amenities. Picturesque outlook from our room and only minutes to cafes and central Queenstown. If you are light sleeper it is on a busy corner but not an issue here.

This is an absolutely beautiful motel with beautiful rooms. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a room with mountain views and it was fantastic especially after there was snow on one of the mornings in the middle of spring! The only downside was when we returned back one night to find most of the parking spots filled and the available spots were a little difficult to fit in so we ended up parking on the front lawn for that night which wasn't a problem but maybe not ideal.
