Friendly staff, clean room, great location - a 15 minute walk from the town centre. Our room #6 slept 4, included 2 bathrooms! Parking on site. Negatives - Space is a bit tight.

This was a lovely place to stay for our first night in New Zealand. Staff were lovely and very welcoming . Perfect location with a beautiful view and short walk to downtown Queenstown Highly recommend

Lovely friendly welcome on arrival. Gave us a tour of the amenities. Picturesque outlook from our room and only minutes to cafes and central Queenstown. If you are light sleeper it is on a busy corner but not an issue here.

This is an absolutely beautiful motel with beautiful rooms. We were fortunate enough to be upgraded to a room with mountain views and it was fantastic especially after there was snow on one of the mornings in the middle of spring! The only downside was when we returned back one night to find most of the parking spots filled and the available spots were a little difficult to fit in so we ended up parking on the front lawn for that night which wasn't a problem but maybe not ideal.

This Motel was beautiful. Mountain View’s without the large price tag. Staff on check in were great. Even got an upgrade. Room was huge. Only an over nighter for us but we could’ve stayed a week.

There was a terible smell from airconditioner when we returned. The staff was very quick to sort it out though. Be good to provide a cloth for wiping the kitchen top. The microwave plate had not been clean.

Amazing! This was better than I expected for a motel. I wish I stayed longer. The rooms were modern, clean and spacious, and had great views of the lake and mountains. The receptionist was also very friendly. Would come again.
