Best pillows I’ve ever had in my life. Comfy bed. Clean linens. Cute patio. Bright room across the road from the bay. Staff is friendly and courteous. Close walk to convenience store, fish & chip shop, hospital, and other amenities. If you want to see more than the little neighbourhood I suggest rent a car from Sandspit Airport. Dajing Giids is a quaint and scenic town/village. Businesses have seasonal and certain days of the week for hours of operation. Check ahead.

Well located for walking to nearby amenities, but the room was dark and cheerless. Very clean, but odd decorating. You have to indicate if you want a microwave, so read the room amenities descriptions well. Mattresses okay. Linens too big for the one bed. A few pieces of cutlery and a few plates and an old plug-in skillet with no lid provided? Parking is very limited and you must park on the street at the front. Staff was very lovely. The restaurant is only open part of the week, like most things on Haida Gwaii. Food was great!
