The hotel was in a great location for restaurants and attractions The hotel wasn’t very clean. The bed wasn’t comfortable and comforter was dirty. I don’t think that the floors were washed. Hall ways weren’t vacuumed or cleaned. Cleanliness was very bad. Yikes

Great location for accessing nearby restaurants and walking into Old Town. Very close to Abraham park. The room was a great size for all our luggage and very clean. The door to the bathroom/toilet did not shut properly which was annoying. The sink was in the main room which was fine but there wasn't any rail or hook to hang towels for drying hands / faces which was also annoying. The conditioner dispenser in the bathroom was basically empty when we arrived, I wiuld expect the level of this to be checked and topped up for new guests, so this was annoying. There was no way to know there was not enough until you're in the shower and not really able to go to reception.

Very nice location but very very noisy on Friday and Saturday night till 3am due to bar next door No parking available when we arrived, had to go somewhere else Room was not cleaned after first night, I guess you have to request it

This property is in a great location. But the room itself could be better. The walls are thin, the tv and plugs in the room did not work and the bed and pillows weren’t very comfy. They charge $25 for parking.

Loved this property. Two bedrooms separated by a sitting room. Very unique layout. Walked out front door and had lots of options for dinner. Walking distance to boardwalk and Fairmont Hotel.

Great location. Lots of dining options steps away and walkable to Old City. Busy nightlife area so may be noisy. Convenient parking ($10 for 12 hours) on Wilfrid-Laurier Ave which is easily accessed from back of hotel.

The room was spacious. It was made up of 2 well sized rooms with a door to seperate them. The bathroom was small outdated and not very clean. Bath towels were yellowing and sheets had mark on them. It did not have air conditioning and was very warm. 2 fans were supplied. Very convenient location and walkable to all sites.

Great location as it's only a short five minute walk to old Quebec. There are also plenty of restaurants to choose from right around the hotel. The staff were great and the rooms clean, that said the hotel could use a little upgrading but overall it was a lovely stay and I would not hesitate to stay there again.

Great location, many restaurants on the same strip and walking distance to Old Quebec. Its a charming older building but nothing fancy. Beds were uncomfortable and lumpy mattress. I would recommend for a short stay if you're looking for good location and good price

In a perfect part of town; within an easy walk of the old city and smack dab in the midst of a block of restaurants and right next to the Plains of Abraham...a wonderful hotel with great staff....and if you are lucky a room with two doors!

The hotel has a great location, close to everything, and the staff were nice. However, there are some drawbacks. There is no elevator, so carrying luggage up to the third floor was very difficult—I can’t imagine how elderly guests would manage. The room provided only minimal toiletries, not even basic soap, and the shampoo/body wash dispensers were reversed and difficult to use. There was a small coffee machine with some coffee, but no tea was available. Even after I requested tea at the front desk, I was told they didn’t provide any. Overall, while the location and staff were good, the lack of basic amenities and convenience was a little disappointing.
