It’s an older hotel (dated) but clean. The rooms overlook a courtyard with pool, restaurant and live music. All the activity makes it loud. If you are there to play, it’s a good spot. If you want to rest, another hotel would be better.

I was surprised I could not receive a Veterans Discount by booking through Expedia, hotel staff advised if I booked directly with the hotel, I would have received the discount. Food in Las Palmas was excellent!

The hotel looks good online - it appears I actually booked the wrong property since there is a very similar one nearby, don’t make that mistake. Our interior door leading to the landing would never lock so anyone could walk in, room 138, I would avoid that. It’s dated and needs a refresh. The room was dirty, hair in the shower, little bugs in the sugar dish, no attention to detail. Front desk was rude. The kids liked the pool and arcade. The restaurant was alright.

The hotel was ok. Room and bathroom were way smaller than most hotels we have stayed in for the amount of money we paid. And why do you advertise room fitting 5. But then charge an extra person fee for the 5th person? Did not like how the balcony door did not lock, there’s no dead bolt on the door and anyone can walk into the building at anytime. No security what so ever. The actually hotel is pretty and was enjoyable.
