We thoroughly enjoyed our night here. The hotel is beautiful, the beds comfy and the staff friendly. The only complaint would be the chaos of the lobby on our departure morning. There were hundreds of travels with questions, all told to speak with the concierge who was relegated to a podium in the middle of the lobby and there were never more than 2 staffing it.

Beautiful hotel with excellent service! The hotel is located two blocks from stop 6 of the Hop On Hop Off Bus making it convenient to get around Quebec City. There is also a coffee shop attached to the hotel with great coffee and excellent service. We did not try the hotel breakfast, but the dinner was excellent! Reservations are required for dinner. The concierge service is also wonderful!

The hotel was nice and clean. The staff was really nice. You’re about 20 min. Walk to old Quebec. The only downside is the church behind the hotel has a lot of drug users and homeless people so it’s best to avoid that area when walking to the hotel. Make sure you ask for a view of the city not the church.

The hotel was within walking distance of a few restaurants. There is a Van Houtte coffee shop at the base of the hotel which we found convenient. We got around using Uber and they were always available and we never really had to wait very long. All sightseeing that we did was usually within a 10 minute drive. We liked the pool and the exercise area in the hotel. They were both very clean and well maintained. Keep in mind the pool is not very deep (probably around 4' 10" (?) inches deep) but we were fine with that. Our room was near the elevator but we didn't experience any noise issues. We did not eat in the restaurant in the hotel only because the hours that it was open, we were not in the hotel. The room and the bathroom were both very clean and we had no complaints with the hotel. Overall it was a nice stay.

This used to be my go-to hotel in Quebec city but it’s gone downhill in the past two years: rooms not as clean, furniture worn, and sadly the neighborhood has really degraded in terms of safety and overall cleanliness. Their parking garage is open access for pedestrians and I felt unsafe retrieving my car. I won’t be back. Sorry Pur!

The hotel was clean, and the entire staff was helpful and friendly. Parking was a plus and catching a cab was easy. However, rooms were not soundproof. Overall, we were very pleased wirh our stay.

No snack shop or sundries available for purchase. Bathtub situations horrible. Husband almost fell in the tub. No anti-slip surface on the bottom of the tubs and no grab bars. This is an extremely dangerous situation for those of us who are senior citizens. Grab bar retrofit for all bathtubs should be mandatory.
