J’ai eu ma chambre à 5:45 Chambre pas près à mon arrivée. Ok On me demande de repasser à 16:30 Toujours pas prête. On m’a fait attendre dans le hall pendant tout ce temps. J’étais avec un groupe et j’ai réservé pour tout le monde. Je suis membre gold. Je ne vois pas les avantages et être membre gold. Je suis toujours responsable des réservations d’hôtels quelques fois par année avec mes amis. La prochaine fois je regarderai peut-être ailleurs

C'était une place pour notre petit trip à Québec. Proche de commodité. La piscine était chaude et comme nous y sommes allés en début de septembre, il y avait peu de monde. C'était à une distance parfaites des activités typique à faire en famille à Québec. Le petit déjeuner était bon, c'est la base pour un déjeuner continental, mais parfait pour sauvé quelque sous en voyage et éviter de payer le déjeuner au restaurant. La place était bien isolée aussi et magnifique terrasse sur le toit.

Pour commencer nôtres recherche est pour une famille 2 adultes et 2 enfants, après la réservation nous voyons qu’il charges des frais supplémentaires pour les 2 enfants. Le petit déjeuner continental est affreux, un bac de crêpe déjà cuites, mais sois froide ou dure comme de la pierre. Du jus, de la confiture et autre nourriture partout sur le plancher. Attente interminable au ascenseur, parfois de 15 à 20 minutes et finalement 1 ascenseur sur les 3 qui ne fonctionne pas du tout. Près de 1000$ dépenser dans un hôtel qui ne vaut pas 400$

3 things to point out 1. Elevators- you need to really fix the 2nd evertime it was a 5-10min wait for one and then it will always go the opposite direction. 2. Beds are really uncomfortable. Maybe opt to have a traditional matress rather than a memory foam. But room was nice and and was clean. 3. The breakfast was terrible. When you think breakfast at a hotel it usually eggs bacon sausage and waffle or pancake. Hard boil eggs pancakes that are not fresh. The edges where hard as rock. Yogurt would be nice that is not poured in a tray to scoop. Fruit that are not canned. Bread selection was fine though.

Over all good but should have more then one elevator. Our key card didnt work only one. And the laundry room isnt in the basement its on the 2 floor. The air conditioner made a nose. Breakfast was terrible i had better at ither hotels .

C'était super agréable. Les enfants ont adoré. La seule chose c’est qu’il manque de variété pour le déjeuner. Comme des œufs brouillés , viandes peut-être car ce n’est pas tout le monde qui mange des oeufs dure surtout froid.

I recommend

We had a nice stay. The hotel is clean, the beds are confortable. Really sound proof, you dont hear your neighbour. My kids had an amazing time in the pool and the slide. The staff were really polite and nice. The breakfast had no bacon or saussage, scrambled egg or potato. Only the basic like toast, pancake, fruits, cereals and boiled eggs. The downside about my stay was there was only one elevator working and the hotel was full. The hotel should fix it. Overall, I recommend this hotel and I will probably go back.

Overall the experience was just ok. The kids loved the swimming pool area. I liked that the hotel is close to many fast food and shopping outlets. I didn’t like the breakfast options because they’re so limited: it’s basically fruit and toast. I found the evening reception staff not so friendly/helpful (I did not deal with the daytime staff). One was a bit rude when enquiring about meal vouchers, which contrary to what she kept saying, I was not given on check-in. The other, who checked me in, did not mention or give us the meal vouchers, was vague on how the parking worked (kept saying you can park out there for today, well what about t tomorrow?), and didn’t explain how getting from one end of the building to the other, can be confusing. Your room number might not be on relevant floor if you’re on the wrong wing of the building. There are no directions to the missing room numbers. We eventually figured it out, but after a long day of travel, it would have been nice to have this explained upfront.

The hot tub was not hot. It was a luke warm tub. Also we tried to order room service and they said it was an extra charge but then we had to go get it. So that didn't make sense to me. Otherwise clean and nice staff

One elevator do not work. Breakfast is minimal, toasts and jelly. The highlight of the morning were boiled eggs. The ice machine on the 4th floor did not work. Soda machine was accepting only coins. (Very 1990). You are not allowed to bring your breakfast( or what they call breakfast) to your room
