Location was right off the highway so was easy to get in and out. Service was good and the place was clean. Room was quite spacious. The higlight was the great pool and hot tub. We stayed late till it closes off at 10am. Overall recommended. Its located just adjacent to a gas station and electric charging station, so that is one more convenience.

Stayed here many times on road trips. Comfortable, but basic hotel close to highway and restaurants. Rooms are clean, but a bit dated. Staff is always friendly and parking is easy. Breakfast is hot and cold buffet. It’s edible, but nothing to write home about.

The front desk staff were all very nice and helpful. The pool and spa was kept clean and comfortable. The breakfast was good and the lady that attended the area was very good considering she worked alone. The breakfast area could look nicer though, kinda dark and dingy. The room with balcony over looking the pool was nice, clean and comfortable but the bed sucks. Housekeeping staff did amazing work!

It was good quality for the price. Hotel was clean. Only suggestion is to have 2 bed side tables on either side of the bed. My husband and I both use CPAP machines. But we made it work by using a chair .

Pool area and adjacent bar seating is delightful, with live greenery and chirping birds. Breakfast options OK, but fruit and cereal options could be expanded and beverage quality (juice and coffee) need improvement. Room was attractive, quiet and comfortable. Real glasses would be a nice upgrade.

The hotel is across the river from Quebec. It is a short drive from a ferry service which delivers you to the foot of the heights where the Hotel Frontenac is located. It is a short walk to the funicular for a ride to the top.
