Front desk staff were lovely and very kind. The lamp in my room wasn’t working, and another guest was mentioning their fridge didn’t work. Other than that this is a great location right off the highway about 20 mins from Old QC, and there was lots of parking!

Overall, the hotel had both its good points and some downsides. On the positive side, it was very clean, and the staff were kind and provided good service. However, there were a few issues with our suite. For example, the curtain in the bedroom wasn’t complete, so the room got bright very early in the morning, and since I’m sensitive to light, I couldn’t sleep well. Also, there was no drinking water available in the room, and there weren’t any slippers provided, which would have been nice to have. Also, the breakfast was quite limited. We stayed there for two days, and they served the exact same type of breakfast both days, which wasn’t really interesting or appealing to me.
