Close to highways , but when asked for room service, making beds - device was denied as the front desk staff on the Labour Day told us we had to inform them the night before despite the cleaning staff being present on the same floor where our room was , they could have done it but didn't need to the request - I was told if I wanted the room service and I said - yes the night before yet the day staff didn't comply - I am as there for 2 nights -you are in hospitality business, so please train your staff appropriately

Our room was clean but the beds were like sleeping on concrete. The mirror in our room was smashed and repaired with packing tape. The door wouldn’t lock. I reported both the mirror and lock to the front desk staff and was told “oh well”…there was no action taken to fix the door or an offer to move to another room. As a single woman, I did not feel safe in this hotel

This is about the 5th time I’ve stayed here in 3 years. Staff is always friendly & helpful. Rooms have always been clean and we like the pool and sauna. Breakfast is just the right thing when on the road.

It turns out the condition of the room you'll get is arbitrary! We stayed twice in August. Our first experience was quite pleasant, in a nicely appointed room, which prompted our second booking. What a disgrace! The floors were literally held down with duct tape. The bathroom sink counter was lifting and cracking from water penetration. The drain plug was inoperable, and the clock radio was non-functional. The staff did assist with additional duct tape on areas of the floor that were poking up (no joke!), and did solve the drain plug and clock radio issues. We were told to 'request a renovated room next time'. There will be no next time.
