Staff was friendly and courteous. Room was clean. The bed was hard though. We were also woke up with kids running in the halls. Another guest also thought the noise levels were ridiculous. That should have been nipped in the bud.

Nous tenions à partager notre expérience, car malgré la propreté de l’hôtel, la qualité de la nourriture et la belle piscine, nous avons été très déçus par l’ambiance générale pendant notre séjour. Nous avons croisé des groupes de personnes consommant de l’alcool dans les couloirs, ce qui nous a obligés à nous excuser pour passer entre leurs pieds simplement pour rejoindre notre chambre. À la piscine, un groupe d’adolescents jouait de manière dangereuse avec une balle et se mettait nus dans le sauna, ce qui est totalement inapproprié, surtout en présence d’enfants. Lorsque nous avons signalé ces comportements à la réception, ces jeunes — accompagnés d’adultes — nous ont même menacés avec des propos racistes. Cela nous a fait sentir en insécurité, ce qui est inadmissible pour un établissement hôtelier. C’est vraiment dommage, car l’hôtel en lui-même est de qualité, mais la présence de certains groupes et l’absence de contrôle ont gâché notre petite escapade.

First room, the tv was too small. Needs an update! So we switched rooms and 2nd room was better. Rooms were very clean. Howeverm the spa...oh the spa. Ew ew ew was green. The whole pool area smelled so strong chlorine my nostrils and throat were on fire. Couldn't last more than 5 minutes also out of fear of catching an infection down there. Breakfast was complete with cereal toast bagels waffels sausages potatoes eggs oatmeal coffee and jus. Eggs were a bit undercooked.
