Location location location! This is a fantastic location if planning a visit to downtown Q City. If you are looking for pristine, and immaculate this isn’t it, but if you are looking for a convenient location at a good price then it’s a winner! We were here for 4 days during FEQ, had a room with private bathroom and loved it! The place was clean but could use some painting and updating. We would book again!

Room was large, comfortable, clean however there was a sour mildew smell from the bathroom. I like to stay in B and B's to meet the people who live in the area. In this case the host did not want to see the clients. Keys in a lock box, drop when you leave. However the host did communicate when further information was required, and the location was perfect.

Great location, super close to the Parliament building and Old Town. My boyfriend and I are in our early 20’s and were looking for somewhere affordable that still had a vintage charm to it. This place was awesome! Comfy bed, adjustable heat, blackout curtains, clean. Staff were also super receptive over the phone and even let us check in about 4 hrs early because our room was ready. Would recommend!
