The location is excellent, the room was extremely clean and well equipped, the beds very comfortable. The staff were professional , friendly and helpful. Next time I am visiting the city I will plan to stay there again.
Les chambres sont propres, j'aime le style un peu "viellot" de cet hôtel. Nous nous y sentons super bien. Le restaurent de l'hôtel est merveilleux! C'est notre 2e séjour, et je compte bien y revenir!
The building is so pretty and a great place to stay. The staff were super helpful and held our bags before our check in time. Our room was even ready a few hours before check in which was nice. We went to the restaurant that is a part of the hotel one night and the food was great and we didn’t have to wait very long. The bed was comfy and the room was very spacious. The bathroom door is see through so everything happening inside can be seen by the other person in the room. Along with that, there is no counter space in the bathroom, so be prepared to have to hold things or put them down elsewhere. If you can’t go up stairs than I wouldn’t stay here because there is no elevators. Overall, our stay was amazing and was in the perfect spot for all of the shops and restaurants.

Always a lovely stay, clean, classy, courteous. Best bartender around too!
We will stay again, the room had everything we needed for a weekend stay, the bed was comfy too. Very central and walkable to everything. Staff were great and breakfast was very good too
The room and staff were excellent. While breakfast was not free, the hotel did provide a discount coupon for the local restaurant and the food was plentiful and tasty. Our only concern was the music from outside the restaurant/ bar. It played until 10-10:30 each night. We were directly above it and it is Christmas time so that could be why we could hear it in our room. Other than that we had a wonderful stay and would recommend this hotel as well as stay here again
Wonderful room, very helpful staff, delicious breakfast with 15% discount off menu prices; fantastic location near to Christmas Markets, Chateau Frontenac, and Lower Town.
The room was lovely, comfortable and clean with a view out over the street and one of the Christmas Markets. The bathroom was clean and spacious. The desk staff was pleasant and helpful. We would definitely come back!

The hotel is in a perfect location, room was small but certainly adequate, and the front desk was friendly and helpful.
The problem : our room was terribly noisy for both nights from 9-11:30pm. Loud Banging and talking from below. We heard afterwards it may have been the kitchen from the attached restaurant. We had thought it was the alley but either way it was the noisiest room I have ever stayed in.
