The location is a clean, safe, comfortable, attractive 1-bedroom apartment with off-street parking. The metal stairs up to the 2nd floor have a 90-degree curve, making them more architecturally appealing than a simple straight staircase. The neighbors and neighborhood are quiet. The host is pleasant and responsive.
