The Space:
This beautifully renovated 3-bedroom, 2.5-bathroom apartment sits on the 3rd floor of a charming 4-storey hotel lovingly transformed into modern tourist apartments. The property is fully licensed for short-term rentals in Quebec — so you can book with complete peace of mind, no surprises or cancellation worries.
Parking and building access are at the back on Hébert Street. Just a heads up — there is no elevator, so guests will need to climb 2 flights of stairs to reach the apartment.
Once inside, a welcoming foyer gives you a spot to kick off your shoes and settle in. The heart of the apartment is a generous living room, dining area, and kitchen that look out over the old city and the port — with a charming little balcony where you can sit back and take it all in. The layout is perfect for families or groups: two bedrooms each have a queen bed, and the third has two queen beds, giving everyone plenty of space. All three bedrooms have their own ensuite bathrooms, with one being a convenient powder room.
Guest Access:
You'll have full, private access to the entire apartment — including the balcony — for the duration of your stay. Self check-in instructions and everything you need to get settled will be sent ahead of your arrival.
The Neighborhood:
Just steps away from the heart of the action in Old Quebec, you’ll be in one of the most beautiful neighborhoods in Canada.
The Chateau Frontenac is a 5 min walk, and the shops, restaurants and bar on St Jean and Cote de la Fabrique are 200 meters away.
The area is residential and our converted hotel is the only business in the area.
Getting Around:
Old Quebec is wonderfully walkable, and all the key attractions are right on your doorstep. For trips further afield, Uber and taxis are the easiest and most convenient way to get around — parking in the old city can be tricky, but your included spot at the building has you covered!
