Great location inside walls of city, easy walking distance to many restaurants, places to see and explore the history of Quebec City. An absolutely fabulous location and the rooms are perfect. The response from management was immediate over text messages as they assisted with baggage storage due to a later flight. Would definitely stay and recommend this location again.

Very kind and friendly staff, the cleaning lady whom we met was exceptionally good, it's a shame we didn't get her name. Carla, the concierge was also excellent, very helpful and accommodating. Location is very good, room is spacious. Would definitely recommend to friends.
