Room was clean, close to shopping and restaurants. Beautiful historical area. I felt misled, however. The website says Parking Available. What they meant was Public Parking was available if you walked about 5-7 minutes away with all your luggage. The site said there was limited uncovered parking on site. I had to call when I got there to find out where to park and was told there was none on site. It was private behind the hotel. This should be posted on their site. Also, security chain on our bedroom door was broken.

We loved our stay at this hotel. It is steps from everything in the heart of saint-Louis. If you’re looking for an old-world hotel in Old Quebec City - look no further. The beds are comfortable, there is a shower, fridge, coffee maker, etc. However, it is a very old building. You may expect to hear footsteps and talking from time to time. We will definitely stay here again!

This was my first time in the Old City of Quebec. Therefore I have no other properties to compare it to. However for the price point it was in a nice location close to the shopping and dining areas and the tourist attractions. Clean, quiet and charming. The check in and check out was done remotely and by telephone. The management was very accomodating by allowing us to check in early.

We always stay in this style of accommodation in QC. In this instance, property images did not match reality. We read the reviews and were not expecting all the bells and whistles, but this property fell short of our modest expectations. Phone contact was polite and professional. Beds and pillows were comfortable and clean, but the condition of the common areas and room were not. An easy and inexpensive suggestion, replace the dirty, black stained shower curtain. Perhaps replace what appears to be a collection of uni student cast-off furniture. Overpriced given the condition.

Great location, close to everything, walking distance to many restaurants, shops, tourist attractions. The Hotel, could use some major updates, as the deck off my room, seemed close to collapsing. WIFI wasn’t the greatest. We were allowed to drop off our luggage as we arrived several hours before check in time. Staff were very friendly and accommodating.

Great location. Not staffed but very convenient and comfortable. There is no on-site parking contrary to what it says on the property profile. We were directed to a parking lot a short walk away but it was full. Be prepared to find parking further away.
