The staff was very friendly, location was great , and the room was clean. The rooms are small which was not a problem for me - I only point it out for those who want a spacious floorplan. Also, I stayed by myself in the room - wasn’t sharing it which might have made a difference. It did have one design flaw in the bathroom — the position of the shelf over the sink was too low to properly use the sink after brushing my teeth — it mandated a spittoon type situation (LOL). Other than that, I enjoyed my stay and would stay there again.

The room has a very awkward layout. Weird separation wall in the middle of the room that you can walk around if the mini fridge wasn’t in the way. So with the pull out bed out it was hard to get around from the bedroom to the bathroom. Terrible coffee maker too. Other than that the beds were comfortable and the room was clean. The property is very conveniently located for walking to major sites, shopping and restaurants. Happy that we had parking as well.

My wife and i stayed at this hotel for a few nights in mid December as we celebrated our anniversary. Prime location within the walls of the old city, easy walk to all shops and restaurants. Hotel is newly renovated, so everything is quite nice. Couple of very minor items we noted: no elevator and our room was on the 4th floor, only green tea available in lobby area lounge, the bathroom and heat exchanger filters were in need of a good cleaning. The most annoying thing was that the heat had been turned way down in our room, so upon arrival it was absolutely freezing, and with exposed stone walls, our room took a few hours to warm up. I would highly recommend this hotel as these few items were minoe in nature and easily corrected, except for the elevator, which I'm told is in the works. We will stay here again in the Fall.

Beautiful hotel, right in the heart of Old Quebec. We are a family of four with younger children and we were able to walk to all the major sites. Room and bathroom were small but we managed. Beautiful coffee machine in the main lobby which was a great touch. Our booking stated we wouldn’t have room service for our stay but we were surprised to find new coffee pods and towels daily, which was great. Also nice to have parking available at a reasonable cost.

Substitute one of the stairs ways with an elevator. I stayed in the 5th floor for the whole trip and going up and down several times a day it gets feels in the knees. Just a thought. Everything was excellent.

Beautiful boutique hotel in a most convenient, walkable area of Old Quebec City. Our queen room was extremely well appointed and spacious with a wonderfully modern bathroom. This totally modern, renovated property is in an historic building. Staff is so friendly and helpful and parking is located directly behind the building. Restaurants and everything the old city has to offer is conveniently within walking distance .This was a terrific choice for our stay and we will return for sure!
