Very hard to find in the evening as there was snow outside light. Also no dish soap for the dishes. Limited dishes so eating was hard for the family. No indoor pool as they claim. No support as they don't reply to emails or phone. Would not recommend unless desperate

Enjoyable staff. Poorly maintained and aging facility. Can’t imagine it at full capacity during ski season. Shower was broken and sowing water on bathroom floor, eventually actuating a shutoff sensor. To tour Charlevoix, stay in Baie St Paul.
