Gregoire is a great host. Gorgeous 3rd floor corner condo with many floor to ceiling windows overlooking the St. Lawrence river, steps from Place Royal. Even free parking, a rarity in this area. Lots of square footage, very open, nice beds.

Condo was lovely, very tidy and in a wonderful location with a view of the seaway. The only issues were a large hole in the ceiling of the bathroom and it was a bit awkward for those in the bedroom where the bathroom door was not functioning. A couple of repairs and the place would have been 5 star.

Loved this place!!! Comfortable beds, spacious condo, beautiful view. Quiet evenings with restaurants and shops close by. It’s an uphill walk to Fairmont Frontenac though. We would definitely stay here again!!!!
