The property was beautiful and very clean. Our apartment was spacious and located around a 10m drive from Old Quebec. The building is located close to cute cafes and restaurants. Big plus! Note: The building is located in front of a community center for addiction, which is not clear when checking the area online. There are two entrances to the building, so you can use the back entrance if you feel uncomfortable passing through the front entrance.

Nice stay close to restaurants

Nice modern apartment that looked just like the pictures. The place was very clean. All the major appliances were available. The bed was comfortable. The rain shower had strong pressure and was relaxing after a walk in the city. Very easy to get in and out of the building with the code that was provided. Easily walk to many good restaurants within minutes, including Le 101 which was simply amazing. The only issue was finding the parking garage, which is next door and the very narrow suitable only for small cars.

This place is awesome. We would definitely stay here again. The personnel is very warm and welcoming. The studio is very spacious and clean. The kitchen is equipped for you to make your own meals. We could easily walk to Vieux Québec and the bus stop is very close.

The apartment was great, however a big pet peeve of mine was that there wasn't any shower shelving. It was really annoying storing bath products on the floor, and having to bend down to the floor to use them while using the shower.

We stayed at this apartment hotel during a short escape to Quebec City and couldn’t be happier with our experience.
