This beautiful south-facing mountain house offers exceptional panoramic views of Lake Puyvalador. Located 10 minutes from Lake Matemale and the Formiguères ski slopes, it combines modern comforts with a warm, traditional mountain interior, ideal for a peaceful getaway.



On the ground floor, the house has a garage and parking directly outside, making access easy and convenient.



On the first floor, a spacious, bright living area features a fully equipped open-plan kitchen, a comfortable lounge, a large terrace with exceptional views, a bathroom with a whirlpool bath and a separate toilet. This floor is ideal for spending time together and relaxing by the warmth of the fireplace.



On the second floor, four bedrooms provide sleeping accommodation. Two have three 90 cm beds each, while the other two each have a 160 cm bed. A shower room and a separate toilet offer added comfort for family or friends.



With convector heating and a fireplace, a south-facing aspect and views of the surrounding mountains and countryside, this house is an ideal retreat for a relaxing or active holiday in nature.
